Nurse - care - night - nursing

Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Overflow Bonus: $20,000 for a two‑year commitment (one‑year commitment on nights)

Shift: Nights | Full Time | 6:30‑7:00 | Rotating Weekends

Responsibilities Provides direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.

Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family.

Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.

Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.

Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.

Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.

Qualifications Associate’s degree in nursing required; bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Current RN license in state of practice.

Handle with Care certification preferred.
