TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Nashville, Tennessee, 37207!

Travel RN – Medical Surgical / Neuro (Night Shift)
Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Nights 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Three 12-hour shifts per week | Projected Start Date: 07/06/2026
Deliver attentive and compassionate care to patients on a 20-bed Medical Surgical / Neuro unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
Prioritize and manage care for a diverse medical-surgical and neurological patient population
Perform IV starts, basic wound care, and maintenance of surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, and chest tubes
Operate and monitor unit equipment including IV pumps, telemetry, continuous pulse ox machines, feeding pumps, PCA, EKG machines, and bladder scanners
Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system
Conduct bedside shift reports and actively include patients and family members in the plan of care
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience
Ability to prioritize care and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to float per unit policy; contract labor is first to float by rotation
Compliance with unit dress code: navy scrub tops and bottoms required
Prior experience on a Neuro Med/Surg unit
Experience working in a Comprehensive Stroke Center or ACS Verified Trauma Center environment
Work at a facility recognized as a Comprehensive Stroke Center, ACS Verified Level II Trauma Center, and Certified Chest Pain Center
