Head of Construction Management Operations

A growing leader in the HVAC, building controls, and construction industry is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead project delivery, customer satisfaction, operational performance, and team development.
In this leadership role, you will partner with executive leadership to drive operational strategy, improve market share, oversee multiple projects, mentor Project Managers and Construction Managers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You'll also play a key role in customer relationships, revenue forecasting, proposal reviews, workforce development, and overall business performance.
Experience in operations, business management, or construction leadership
Knowledge of building controls/automation systems preferred
Financial expertise including forecasting, budgeting, and cost management
