RN/LPN, Ambulatory Care (Full Time)

Injector Nurse's Main Objective: Overall, the Injector Nurse is responsible for providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies:
Patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with 100% adherence to clinical trial protocols
Clinical data is entered accurately and on time across various medical record systems and platforms
Lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials
Ensuring sponsors and clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring we are always providing clear, constant communication with them when they are off site
Physicians receive timely patient and protocol updates that reinforce confidence in the site tea

Required : 1+ of professional experience, ideally in a medical or clinical environment
Active medical assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA) or nursing (VN, LPN, or RN) license
Professional experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position
Experience in an on-site, customer-facing role
Coffee drinkers preferred. Focus on providing exceptional patient care and creating memorable experiences
Believe in high quality and have a high standard of compliance to our study protocols
Be skilled at problem solving, planning and being proactive
Accept ownership of tasks from inception through completion and assume responsibility for personal success
