Bilingual HR Recruiting Generalist

Highly visible HR leadership role with the opportunity to directly influence employee engagement, retention, workforce strategy, and workplace culture

Partner closely with site leadership while owning the day-to-day HR function within a fast-paced distribution and logistics environment

Lead employee relations activities including coaching, performance management, workplace investigations, corrective action, and conflict resolution

Serve as a strategic HR partner to site leadership and managers on workforce planning, employee development, organizational changes, and day-to-day people initiatives

Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, company policies, and workplace regulations

Analyze turnover, retention, recruiting, staffing, and other HR metrics to identify trends and develop strategies that strengthen workforce performance

Drive employee engagement, recognition, retention, and culture-building programs while developing strong relationships with employees at all levels

Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, compensation changes, employee data updates, and other HR operational processes

Manage recruitment and workforce planning activities including contingent labor programs and relationships with recruiting and staffing vendors

Coordinate required employee training while supporting leadership development, succession planning, and ongoing employee development initiatives

Provide guidance to employees and leaders regarding policies, compensation, benefits, performance, and other HR-related matters

Fluency in both English and Spanish required

5-7+ years of Human Resources leadership or HR Manager experience within distribution, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar operational environment

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred

Strong employee relations experience with the ability to conduct investigations, coach leaders, manage corrective action, and navigate sensitive workplace situations

Strong understanding of recruiting, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and HR operations

Relationship-focused and approachable HR leader who can remain objective and unbiased while maintaining a positive, upbeat presence
