HR Rep Full Time

Our client in Greeley is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Coordinator to support a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, reporting, and training coordination. This role serves as a key resource for employees and hiring managers, ensuring HR processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and confidentially. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.

This a temporary assignment with a duration of 3 months and 3 weeks. This position offers full time hours (40 hours a week) and is a fully on-site opportunity in Greeley paying between $25-35 an hour DOE.

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the employee lifecycle, HR operations, benefits administration, and training initiatives.

Entering and maintaining employee information across HRIS, benefits, payroll, and other internal systems

• Creating, organizing, and maintaining personnel records and confidential employee files
• Assisting with recruiting and onboarding activities, including job postings, position requisitions, job offers, and applicant communications
• Coordinating employee training programs, registrations, and new hire orientation materials
• Researching HR-related topics and preparing reports, surveys, organizational charts, and statistical summaries
• Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Human Resources department

Bachelor's degree preferred

• At least 2 years of administrative, human resources, or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience working with HR systems and databases preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Experience with HRIS systems (ADP experience preferred)

• Ability to learn and navigate multiple software platforms and websites
• Experience with Salesforce, Formstack, or similar systems is a plus

Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formulas and reporting functions
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and identify process improvements
