We are hiring an experienced Receptionist for an immediate opening in South Fresno. Job Summary: The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees and is responsible for providing professional and courteous front desk support. This position manages incoming calls, greets guests, assists with scheduling and administrative tasks, and helps keep daily front office operations running smoothly.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files

Provide general administrative and clerical support

Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person

Coordinate with internal departments to support office operations

Operate standard office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems

High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bilingual Spanish required
