Registered Nurse (RN) and Physical Therapist (PT)
MLee Medical Employment
Imagine waking up every morning in the vibrant city of Jacksonville, Florida, where the sunshine warms your spirit and the Atlantic waves beckon you to relax after a fulfilling day at work. What if your role as a Physical Therapist could not only aid recovery but also help patients step into brighter days filled with renewed strength and independence? In this beautiful coastal city known for its dynamic culture and rich history, we invite you to join our compassionate team as a Physical Therapist. Here, where southern charm meets innovative healthcare, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of your patients - guiding them through critical recovery moments with your expertise and care. In this role, you'll engage with patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, sculpting personalized treatment plans that are not just about healing but are a reflection of the hope and determination that resides in each person you assist. You'll provide targeted physical therapy interventions that highlight mobility, strength, balance, and functional recovery, working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and rehabilitation specialists. Your expertise in physical therapy will also extend to educating patients and their families, empowering them to engage in their recovery process fully. Every day, you'll help them understand their therapeutic goals, manage discharge planning, and perform crucial home exercises. You'll meticulously document every evaluation, treatment, and progress made in accordance with the high standards set forth by our facility, ensuring that our commitment to excellence shines through. To be eligible for this life-changing opportunity, you'll need a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program and the necessary licensure to practice in Florida. While previous experience is preferred, what truly matters is your drive and passion for helping others. A certification in CPR is preferred, and specialized areas like geriatrics or neurology are fantastic additions, though not mandatory. As part of our team, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package with an array of health benefits to keep you and your family covered. Our commitment to your professional development means providing support for continuing education and licensure reimbursement, along with a generous amount of paid time off and flexibility in your schedule to help you maintain a balanced lifestyle. The collaborative and supportive culture we foster within our team not only encourages growth but also creates a workplace that feels like home. Your daily work will entail dynamic interactions - from helping a patient regain their strength after surgery to supporting someone on their journey back to health post-stroke. You are not just a therapist; you become a beacon of hope and resilience, offering hands-on care that is both challenging and rewarding. The collaborative spirit of our team ensures you will never feel alone on this journey of care. We are seeking a Physical Therapist who is not just skilled but is also tuned into the emotional needs of patients. Whether you are new to the field or have seasoned experience, your blend of clinical expertise and empathetic engagement will be invaluable in this role. If moving others forward while advancing your own career resonates with you, we would love to welcome you.
