You'll drive embedded electronics design — hardware and firmware — across the full product development lifecycle, from concept through production, defining the architecture rather than inheriting someone else's. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams globally (US, China, and beyond), work directly with contract manufacturers, and serve as the go-to technical authority on electrical and firmware decisions for your programs.What You'll DoLead embedded electronic design from concept to production, covering schematic capture, PCB layout, and firmware (C/ASM). Define product electrical and firmware architecture as the technical foundation for global teams and contract manufacturing partners, and coordinate day-to-day engineering work to hit prototype milestones for internal reviews and research programs. Partner with Engineering and Product Marketing on EBOM cost estimates and effort assessments for new initiatives, and own compliance by working with the compliance team to meet global certification standards.
