Repair and Maintenance Tech

We are seeking experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to support the reliability, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial production equipment.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across electrical, mechanical, PLC, automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial equipment systems . This position requires the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery, interpret technical documentation, and work safely in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Partner with Engineering to install, test, troubleshoot, and release new or modified equipment .
Record maintenance activities accurately using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) .
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment used in industrial production and processing environments.
Troubleshoot and support PLCs and automated manufacturing systems .
Troubleshoot industrial networking and communication systems, including:
Rotating equipment
Industrial machinery

Perform equipment rebuilds, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities.
Support automation and distributed control system architectures within manufacturing and processing environments.
Electrical and mechanical schematics
Equipment manuals
Inspect equipment and parts for damage, defects, and wear.
Test and observe operating machinery to identify equipment issues and performance problems.
Safely operate and use hoists, lifts, grinders, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and electrical/mechanical testing equipment.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform timely corrective repairs.
Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other maintenance and technical duties as assigned.
Proven experience as a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Controls Technician, or similar role .
Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
Experience with both mechanical and electrical maintenance .
Working knowledge of PLCs and industrial automation .
Knowledge of industrial communication networks such as EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet .
Experience with conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.
Experience using maintenance tools and diagnostic/testing equipment.
Ability to work safely around industrial machinery and heavy equipment.
Experience documenting maintenance activities in a CMMS or similar maintenance-management system.
