Conduct both routine and complex laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and others—all governed by established protocols.
Evaluate test results for correctness, identify errors, and execute preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples adequately for testing where required.
Keep meticulous documentation of all lab procedures, assist in training new staff and students, while helping to maintain high lab quality standards.
Ensure a safe and organized workspace and fulfill all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be secured within one year of hire.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in quality control and documentation processes.
