LVN needed for Shift Care Nursing

Job Title: LVN/LPN

Duration: 6 Months

Location: 3980 State School Road, Denton, TX 76210

Pay Rate: $41.00/Hourly on W2.

Shifts: 6:00AM - 2:00 P.M. (4) / 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (2)
Note: Sunday - Saturday - Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs.

Able to start any day during the week, given 5 days before start date for processing all pre-employment requirements.

Medical Services-Denton State Supported Living Center
Submission Packets should include:

Resume' or work experience
Two complete references from two different places of employment by supervisor of the nurse
A NURSYS report showing any licenses held (must be current)
Skills checklist
Shift preference (6/2 or 2/10)
Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients - manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
• Perform computer data entry - Receive full training
• Licensed to practice Nursing in Texas (LVN)
• 1 year, but preferably 2+ years as a direct care nurse
• Competent in advanced skills such as gastrostomy tubes/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, tracheostomies, etc.
