Connect Pediatrics is hiring immediately for Weekend (Sat-Sun) Days & Nights Pediatric Home Health Nurses (RN or LVN) in Fort Worth, TX and surrounding cities within Tarrant County . We offer a vibrant work environment that promotes career growth and skill development in in-home care.

1:1 patient/nurse ratio
Choose your schedule (part-time, full-time, PRN)
Regular shifts (8-12 hours)
Variety of care levels

Provide skilled nursing per physician’s plan and maintain documentation
Assist with in-home assessments and care coordination
Current Texas RN or LVN license
Pediatric experience preferred but not required (training provided)
