At GDH, we’re not just about finding jobs – we’re about building careers and creating lasting relationships. Summary Primarily responsible for sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates to achieve the overall success of full cycle recruitment efforts.

Essential Functions Source, recruit, screen and assess candidates for all corporate roles

Develop a robust candidate pipeline across a diverse requisition load and generate rapid results in a fast-paced environment

Consult with hiring teams on candidate market trends

Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees to identify top-tier talent

Work with hiring managers to develop strategies, set prioritization of positions worked and communicate recruiting updates effectively

Identify candidates using technologies and web tools, networking and cold calling

Articulate the strengths and limitation of the candidates to the hiring manager(s)

Provide regular progress updates and drives recruitment progression and ensures candidate decisions are made in a timely manner

Solicits feedback on candidates and refines recruiting strategy as necessary

Follow and ensure the integrity of the GDH A Player Hiring Process

Post open positions through all approved outlets including job boards and networking sites

Responsible for college recruiting efforts including job postings and organising campus job fairs

Develop new recruiting ideas

Execute administrative duties and recordkeeping within Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Work with GDH Marketing Department to develop materials for recruiting efforts

Requirements Computer proficiency and ability to effectively utilize ATS, Internet and navigation of websites/systems

Thorough knowledge of sourcing, recruitment and selection techniques on a local and national level

Working knowledge of relevant governmental/regulatory requirements (EEO, ADA, etc.)

Customer service oriented

Planning and organizing

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel Some travel is expected for this position, based upon recruiting demands of field offices, not expected to exceed 20%.

Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing environment; or equivalent combination of education and training, preferred
