Position: ERP Technical Recruiter
Location: Andover, MA (on-site Monday-Friday with flexibility for remote for the right candidate)
Candidates must have 2-3+ years of staffing experience within ERP, SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle SAP/E-Business Suite, Lawson, Workday, ServiceNow.

Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling.
Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands.
Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence.
Collaborate closely with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently.
Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
