A Dishwasher is responsible for washing and cleansing tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. This position keeps the restaurant and equipment clean and organized.

Well-versed in health codes and hygiene methods for washing procedures in the kitchen
Load, run and unload dish machine
Monitor dish machine water temperature and sanitizer levels to ensure sanitary wash cycle
Maintain adequate levels of dish detergent, cleaning supplies and tableware for dining room and kitchen
Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems
Clean food preparation and production areas as required
Assist the prep cook during down time
Perform station opening/closing and side work duties for each shift
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure a smooth and an efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the Restaurant Manager or immediate supervisor
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and
Embody and deliver on exceptional service and hospitality
Previous and/or relevant experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant
Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends - we're looking for team players who can adapt to the flow of the restaurant
A valid Food Handler Card (must have upon hire)
Must be 18 years or older
