Our interdisciplinary team, comprised of physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, works together seamlessly to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations of residents to ascertain their physical capabilities and specific treatment needs, utilizing evidence-based assessments.Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to enhance each resident's strength, mobility, and overall functional independence.Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities to effectively address physical impairments, ensuring the highest standards of care.Regularly monitor and document residents' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to meet evolving needs and enhance recovery.Engage and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, multifaceted care that addresses all aspects of the residents' health.Educate residents and their families on at-home exercise strategies and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing recovery and physical health.Uphold compliance with all state regulations and federal standards, maintaining a commitment to the ethical practice of physical therapy.Patient Population / Client FocusThe successful applicant will primarily work with geriatric residents, many of whom may be recovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions, or seeking rehabilitation after hospitalization.
