Construction Carpenters Needed - FULL TIME

Malcarne Contracting is growing and looking to add a dependable, skilled Carpenter to our team.

This position is ideal for someone with hands-on construction experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, problem-solving, and working as part of a professional crew. The Carpenter will assist with a variety of residential and light commercial construction projects, including repairs, renovations, framing, finish work, exterior work, and general contracting tasks.

Perform general carpentry work on residential and light commercial projects

Assist with framing, trim, siding, windows, doors, decks, repairs, renovations, and remodeling projects

Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other building materials

Read basic plans, measurements, layouts, and project instructions

Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, saws, nailers, and other construction equipment safely

Assist with demolition, site prep, cleanup, and material handling

Work with crew leaders, project managers, and other trades to complete jobs efficiently

Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

Communicate professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and customers

Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

Perform other general construction duties as needed

Previous carpentry, remodeling, construction, or general contracting experience preferred

Basic knowledge of framing, trim, siding, decks, repairs, or remodeling work preferred

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship

Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions
