This position independently performs a range of tasks related to maintaining building interiors and furnishings in Capitol Complex managed facilities. Custodian/Housekeeping Services – Office and common area cleaning including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, multi-surface cleaning, brass cleaning and polishing, hard-surface floor cleaning and recycling. Restrooms cleaning including trash removal, fixtures, stocking supplies, sweeping and mopping.
Emergency response and other duties as assigned - Position may be called upon for additional duties that may include snow removal, emergency response and assistance (such as a flooded floor), inventory counts, meetings, and assisting other trades with various projects.
