The posted compensation range of $33.15 - $59.67/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As a National Nurse Resident, you'll step into a hands-on, supportive experience designed to help you grow and build confidence from day one. Every day, you'll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that sees each patient as an individual. To succeed in this role, you'll actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence-based Nurse Residency Program designed to support your growth and professional development. Builds skills to utilize current evidence-based practice knowledge, the nursing process, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to provide holistic care to individuals across the lifespan and care continuum.

Learns to collaborate and communicate with the interprofessional team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Basic understanding of and ability to provide clinical skills necessary for patient care, e.g., history taking, therapeutic planning, and monitoring, etc., to achieve optimized outcomes in medication therapy and clinical treatment.

Basic understanding and knowledge of the risks faced by patients in a healthcare environment, and the ability to take steps to reduce these risks.

Develops accountability for own practice, delegated care, and the coordination of care delivery. Qualified applicants are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus! Relocation assistance available for those who meet the eligibility requirements.

To be considered for this role, you must have graduated and be licensed prior to the October 26, 2026 start date. If you graduate after that date, or will not take your NCLEX in time, please consider applying for our Spring 2027 Cohort.

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing.

• Active License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which s/he will be practicing or the state of primary residency if the state is a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience.
• Ability to deliver excellence in patient care through assessing, formulating nursing diagnoses and establishing goals, planning and implementing intervention, and evaluating patient care outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).

Anthony Medical Campus, OrthoColorado Hospital is a joint venture between physician investors and CommonSpirit Mountain Region. Our state-of-the-art facility features a 48-bed inpatient unit, including six intermediate care beds and eight operating rooms. All members of our team from pre-operative care through recovery and our in-patient nurses are specialty trained in orthopedics. Our surgeons are renowned for their talent, knowledge and experience in their orthopedic specialties and subspecialties. Having a team with a focused background and years of experience allow our employees to provide an unprecedented level of care, resulting in the best outcomes and experience for our patients.
