Travel Registered Nurse - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
Location: Idaho Falls, ID
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Manage advanced respiratory interventions and invasive lines.
Assist in intubation, central line management, and moderate sedation for specialized pediatric procedures.
Titrate complex drip and continuous infusions.
Provide 1:1 nursing care for pediatric intensive care patients.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum of 1 year of recent, direct bedside experience with pediatric critical care patients.
Experience with pediatric mechanical ventilation, high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC), nasal CPAP, and managing tracheostomies.
Experience managing arterial lines, central lines, and titrating vasoactive, paralytic, and sedative infusions.
Competency in weight-based pharmacology and age-specific assessments.
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
