We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire store staff to provide customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. The associate greets, engages, and interacts with customers in a positive and professional manner to process sales, loans, and other transactions, and helps with customer inquiries and problem resolution.

The Full‑time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate position offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity. Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.

Maintains a clean, well‑stocked sales floor and displays merchandise.

Processes sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Handles all cash and negotiable items in compliance with established policies.

Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.

Collaborates with all employees to create a positive customer experience.

Successfully completes assigned training.

Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

If required, may assist customers outside the building or retrieve products from external storage areas.

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team‑oriented.

Cash handling experience preferred.

Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Computer‑literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.

Pawnbrokers have the potential to earn 2–8% commission based on gross profit of personal performance.
