Client Support Rep Senior

The Edward Jones Connection Team at Edward Jones exists to enable branch teams to optimize their practice by creating capacity, through serving clients in partnership. As the key connection between branches and the home office, you’ll play a vital role in driving positive results in the core profit center of the firm and in gaining critical insights that shape our business. We seek engaged, organized, and motivated associates to serve as Sr Client Service Administrators within this team to support clients while working with the advisors and other associates on the team. Sr Client Service Administrators work together, following standard operating procedures, to support clients with administrative needs at any moment but focus primarily on driving efficiency through owning specific situations and taking them to resolution. They also help provide department‑wide support for client situations involving certain topics.

Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

2+ years of customer service; prior financial services, banking or insurance industry, or Edward Jones experience recommended.

Comfortable with computer and technology systems such as Microsoft, Salesforce, Money guide, Tableau.

Completion of training within eight weeks of hire.
