Custodian/Housekeeper (Weekend Shift)

Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton's leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional service, hospitality, and care. We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Housekeeper / Custodian to join our team.
This position combines traditional housekeeping with custodial responsibilities throughout our community. Work in a beautiful senior living community

Clean resident homes, apartments, and suites, including Fox Pointe homes
Collect and properly dispose of trash and recyclable materials throughout the community
Clean floors throughout the community, including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and other floor care
Clean and maintain laundry rooms and trash/recycling rooms
Clean building entries, lobbies, dining areas, hallways, and other common areas
Assist with residential deep cleaning projects
Assist with cleaning vacant residences and refurbishment cleaning in preparation for new residents
Identify and report maintenance concerns or needed repairs
Follow established safety practices and properly use personal protective equipment
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping, custodial, hotel, senior living, or similar experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Professional, respectful, and friendly interactions with residents, guests, and team members
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or other shifts as needed
