Caregiver/Personal Care - Full Time / Part Time

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) / Caregivers to join our team! You will assist in the daily care of elderly or disabled individuals.
Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
Previous experience in personal care or other related fields
One year of full-time or equivalent part-time paid or volunteer experience in the care, training, habilitation, and support of
children or adults with a diagnosis of developmental/intellectual disability.
Certification ( If you do not have any or some of the certifications, we can help you obtain All of these certifications within a few days. First Aid
Driver's License/Car
High school diploma
Direct Support Professional assists individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities with daily living
activities at home or in the community. Knowledge of some of the characteristics and concepts of Developmental and intellectual Disability, mental health, health
disorders and related physical conditions and treatment approaches for children.

• Knowledge of simple care, first-aid, behavior management, personal and environmental hygiene.
• Ability to implement and follow the policies and procedures of the department, facility, or service entity.
• Ability to engage in the care, training, and rehabilitation of physically and mentally challenged individuals.
• Ability to provide basic care, personal care, and hygiene.
• Ability to teach clients eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, and other self-care skills.
• Ability to participate with professional staff in the design and implementation of training and programmatic activities.
• Ability to observe the rights and personal dignity of others.
• Ability to perform simple math and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
