Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time & PRN | $50-65/hr + Sign-On Bonus

Full-Time: $50-55/hour, plus a sign-on bonus

PRN: $55-65/hour

Vertical Health Services is hiring Physical Therapists to join our in-house therapy team in Wildwood, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 11 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and a recently updated facility with a new therapy gym and equipment.

Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care

Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team

Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards

Use current equipment and modalities in our newly updated therapy gym
