Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is a growing behavioral health organization providing psychiatric and counseling services in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Parikshit Deshmukh, we focus on compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting provider growth.
Up to $20,000 quarterly bonus potential
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability
- PTO: 10–20 days + 6 paid holidays
Conduct assessments and support care planning
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers
- Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- No nights, weekends, or formal on-call
- On-site (non-remote)
