Remote Senior Producer

The Senior Producer, IMPACT X (Experiential) responsibilities include managing multiple complex projects, often simultaneously, from ideation to execution. This rockstar candidate possesses an entrepreneur spirit, a strong background in experiential/production and has a knack for creating unique activations for a plethora of well-known brands across a variety of verticals. The job will require seamless transitions between clients/vendors/projects and will work in collaboration with our Senior Producer. Keen eye for selecting right partner, spotting value adds throughout planning process and being able to exceed client expectations whenever possible.

Understand feasibility when fleshing out projects/budgets and builds client's trust in their ability to create and manage programs.

Ability to physically attend client/lead agency meetings, oversee builds at production shops, install/strike, site visits, and activations all with client's best interest top of mind.

Strong relationship building skills; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in work field

5+ years' event planning/experiential/production experience

Working knowledge of Creative Suite preferred

Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Presentation design and creative comping skills desired but not required

Self-starter, able to take on large scale projects, multi-projects and be able to prioritize appropriately

Must be friendly, professional and capable of building rapport with our vendors, our clients and our colleagues.

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
