LPN - Care Center - Full Time - Day Shift

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)

Location: Manchester, NH

Pay: $34–$43/hour + shift differentials

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Available

1. st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
2. nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking LPNs to join a growing residential senior care community. This is a smaller, neighborhood-style environment made up of individual homes with approximately 10 residents per house, allowing for more personalized resident care.

Both newer and experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply. Skilled nursing, memory care, or assisted living experience is preferred but not required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Administer medications according to physician orders and care plans
• Provide treatments including dressings, catheterization, suctioning, oxygen, and IV fluids
• Monitor residents for changes in physical or mental condition
• Provide direct resident care as needed
• Respond to emergency calls promptly and appropriately
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Assist with resident assessments and quality assurance audits
• Maintain resident confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Active LPN license
• Skilled nursing, memory care, or assisted living experience preferred
• Newer LPNs are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $34–$43/hour
• Periodic weekend rotation with significant differential
