Ibility, a GovCon-focused firm near Washington, DC, seeks a Junior Recruitment Specialist to support full-cycle hiring across mission support, healthcare, IT and operations roles in a federal environment.
You will use Lever ATS to create requisitions, manage pipelines, schedule interviews, screen candidates, and develop a strong candidate network for current and future proposals; familiarity with public-trust considerations and OFCCP compliance is a plus.
