Guest Services Greeter (Part-Time)

Dealership - Ontario, CA | Department: Service | Employment Type: Full-Time and/or Part-Time | Compensation: $17.00–$19.00 per hour (non-exempt, hourly; Optima Dealer Services, Inc. provides professional staffing and operational support to luxury automotive dealerships throughout California. As a Service Greeter, you serve as the first point of contact for guests arriving at the service drive. You play a vital role in setting the tone for the guest experience by providing a warm welcome, supporting efficient check-in processes, and assisting the service team in delivering a seamless and positive visit.

Front-Line Engagement: Be the face of the dealership and make an immediate, positive impact on guest satisfaction

Automotive Exposure: Work in a luxury dealership environment with late-model vehicles

Employee-Centered Workplace: We comply with all applicable California labor laws, including fair pay practices, rest and meal periods, overtime eligibility, and workplace safety requirements

Escort guests to the appropriate service advisor or team member and respond to general, non-technical questions

Service Intake Support: Assist with service check-in processes, verify required documentation, and help maintain an orderly service drive flow

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive and customer waiting areas

Team Collaboration: Work closely with service advisors, technicians, porters, and management to support efficient daily operations

Safety & Compliance: Follow dealership procedures and applicable Cal/OSHA safety guidelines while working in active service areas

Perform other job-related duties consistent with the Service Greeter role, as assigned by management
