Butcher Hourly

Hai Hospitality and LORO, an Asian Smokehouse & Bar is hiring for our BBQ Pit Team Pitmaster and Butcher.
In this role you will serve as Pitmaster and Butcher, creating dishes and delivering an exceptional dining experience. The position is for morning shifts beginning at 6am; weekend availability is prioritized. Hourly pay ranges from $17 to $19, commensurate with experience.
Basic Qualifications Effective communication with guests and team members.
Ability to identify and address safety issues in accordance with workplace standards.
Lift and carry items up to 50lb, restock inventory, and maintain an organized workspace.
Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
Operate in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment at varying temperatures.
Reconfigure seating by moving tables and chairs as needed.
Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, grills, and knives.
Keep a neat, sanitary workspace and clean surfaces promptly.
Respond quickly to customer needs while working close to coworkers.
Tolerate food allergens, odors, and potential exposure.
Maintain professional appearance, uniform, and personal grooming.
Follow directives from leadership and communicate clearly.
