We empower you to tackle tough challenges to deliver unforgettable hospitality and live event experiences.The Rigging Services Technician is responsible for the successful execution of all rigging elements and ensuring compliance with Company and PLASA standards. The Rigging Services Technician is charged with delivering unmatched customer service and providing unmatched client satisfaction.Essential Functions:Ensure all event and rigging elements are executed according to Company standardsAssist with the rigging of overhead stage equipment including lighting, sound, automation, scenery and props, as neededComply with all Company security and safety protocolsInspect all rigging and audio-visual equipment; notify Supervisor immediately if damage or unsafe situation existsEnsure any lost, stolen or damaged equipment is immediately reported to Supervisor.Look for opportunities to enhance client's event experienceProvide continued communication with Management to ensure success of all events.Follow through on all client requestsEnsure all Company occupied areas as clean, organized and up to Company standardsOther duties as assigned.Education & Experience:High School Graduate or equivalentMinimum three (3) years' production/theatrical rigging experiencePrior exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industryRequired Skills & Knowledge:Strong technical aptitude, including the use of rigging equipment and electric motorsPlanning ability; able to plan prioritizeAdaptability; able to adapt effectively to changeStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong team player orientationCommitment to best-in-class customer service for internal and external stakeholdersReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Pinnacle Live is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
