DC OutfitterMultiple day and night shifts available.The DC Outfitter must have physical stamina and strength to be able to perform the various duties in the distribution center. Outfitter will be cross trained in other departments as needed and may be asked to carry out special projects.Loads or unloads trailers by hand, i.e. up to and including grills, tree stands, safes, kayaks, etc.Fills customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching merchandise to order.Stocks merchandise to ensure availability of items.Packs customer orders for shipment.Selects and verifies product for fulfillment and routes to the next area or packs for shipping.Sorts merchandise as appropriate.Processes, tickets, or sorts merchandise for retail locations.Performs returns processing for customer orders.Availability to work a flexible schedule with mandatory overtime, when scheduled.Travel requirements:No travel is required for this position.Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, i.e. repetitive walking, standing, kneeling, bending, stretching, and climbing up and down step ladder for duration of shift and overtime when scheduled.for duration of shift and overtime when scheduled.Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures.
