TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Los Angeles, California, 90017!

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery
Los Angeles, CA | Acute Care
Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery unit supporting Low and High Risk L&D, Triage, LDR, OR, NICU, and Post-Partum settings
Perform and interpret External Fetal Monitoring, including recognition and treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns
Float to Perinatal unit as needed based on staffing requirements
Participate in mandatory on-call shifts, expected approximately 2 times per month in addition to scheduled shifts
Utilize unit systems including SBAR, Omnicell, and eMD Allscripts
Active California RN license required at time of submission
Minimum 3 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
Epic EMR experience required
Must be willing to work most holidays; expected 4 weekend shifts per month (Friday or Saturday nights)
This is a smoke/nicotine-free facility; Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate
Experience caring for diverse patient populations including neonates, adolescents, and adults
Familiarity with high-risk obstetric environments and OB hospitalist or OB anesthesia collaborative care models
