We are hiring General Handymen, Maintenance Technicians, HVAC Technicians, Property Maintenance Professionals, General Contractors, Carpenters, Electricians, Plumbers, Painters, Remodelers, Appliance Installers, and Multi-Skilled Tradespeople to perform residential and commercial maintenance and repair services throughout Tampa, FL, and surrounding areas within a 50-mile radius .

Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of Tampa
Own professional tools (HVAC service tools required for HVAC assignments)
Ability to take and upload job‑site photos
Ability to complete digital work orders
