Creekside Care Center of Gahanna is looking for Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to join our in-house rehabilitation team!
Whether you're looking for a stable full-time opportunity or PRN hours for extra income , we're looking for compassionate, dedicated PTAs who want to make a difference in the lives of the residents they serve.

In-house therapy team – no contract therapy

Meaningful work helping residents improve their mobility, function, and independence
As a PTA, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled, hands-on therapy services that help residents improve their strength, mobility, balance, endurance, independence, and overall quality of life.
Providing skilled therapy interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist
Monitoring resident progress and response to treatment
Educating residents, families, and caregivers on exercises and mobility strategies
Communicating resident progress and concerns to the supervising PT
Collaborating with nursing and the interdisciplinary care team
Providing compassionate, resident-centered care
Active Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
License in good standing with applicable licensing boards and regulatory agencies
Net Health experience is a plus
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative therapy team
Passion for helping residents maintain mobility, function, and independence
