Warehouse Manager

We're a fast-growing logistics and fulfillment operation looking for a Warehouse Manager who knows how to balance data-driven decision-making with people-first leadership. The warehouse team here is dedicated, collaborative, and highly valued by ownership. Your mission: keep this talented crew motivated and happy, while bringing structure, accountability, and results.

Use data to drive decisions and deliver real operational improvements.

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.

Monitor key performance metrics like accuracy, on-time delivery, and productivity-and put plans in place to improve them.

Recruit, train, and coach warehouse staff, building a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Act as the go-to expert on warehouse management systems (Extensiv/3PL Central experience a big plus).

Partner with leadership on process improvements, facility planning, and expansion projects.

5+ years in warehouse management, ideally in 3PL or high-volume distribution, multi-client environment.

• Strong background with warehouse management systems (Extensiv preferred).
• A sharp eye for KPIs and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Bonus points for lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement knowledge.
