Client Service Support Rep

Canon U.S.A. seeks a Client Service II Representative to support print production operations for our manufacturing print solutions. In this on-site role, you will be the main contact for client requests, processing work orders, reviewing files, and coordinating print jobs from intake to delivery. You will track schedules, monitor quality, and resolve service issues while working closely with production teams. Drawing on Canon’s culture of innovation and customer focus, you’ll help ensure accurate, on-time, and cost-effective output while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting process improvements.
