HR/Recruiting Generalist

Midwest Cards in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking an HR Generalist to support a growing team in a hands-on role across recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and HR operations.
You will partner with managers, maintain employee records, coordinate payroll inputs, and help implement policies. A Bachelor's in HR or related field is preferred, with 1-3 years' experience and proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.
