Location: Salina, KS (400 South Santa Fe Avenue)

Start Date: As soon as possible

End Date/Duration: Permanent placement

Shift: Nights (3S, 4Med, or 5Surg departments)

Hours/week: 36-40 hours

Employment Type: Full-time

License/Certs: Active Kansas RN license, BLS certification

Experience: Preferred 1+ years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $29.00 $43.00 (based on education and experience) plus $2.00 shift and weekend differential

Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (discussed during interview)

What You'll Do

Provide professional nursing care to medical-surgical patients, following the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation)

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

Monitor patient conditions and respond to changing needs

Educate patients and families on health management post-discharge

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to professional standards and regulations

Support and uphold the mission of the healthcare organization

What You Need

Valid Kansas RN license and BLS certification

Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
