Program DirectorProgram Directors are responsible for promoting and selling gym memberships for Xperience Fitness, as well as contributing to all aspects of a positive customer experience, which includes informing and encouraging potential members, aiding in club cleanliness, and assisting in customer service. Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesGreets, introduces and welcomes all guests into the gymPromotes and sells gym memberships to increase revenues for the businessBooks the required amount of appointments daily with potential clientsIncreases awareness of the facility to the surrounding community by generating leadsConducts tours of the facility and gives guidance to customers by suggesting which membership option is best suited for themEnsures that all prospective members receive appropriate and adequate informationAnswers questions in person and over the phone to our current members and potential membersConsistently supports and contributes to help team meet and exceed monthly sales goalsMaintains and cleans his/her work space dailyDresses professionally and looks presentable at all times wearing company assigned uniformManages all of his/her calls, appointments, booking percentages, average EFT, and NMS collectionsOther duties may be assigned, such as cleaning and front desk responsibilitiesRequired Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesHas the ability to initiate conversations with guests, and current members over the phone and in personWorks well in a team environment and contributes to the team to help reach monthly goalsWillingness to work evenings and weekendsMust have a “selling” personality and strives to succeed in a professional environmentHas the capability to recite scripts that are providedArrives to work on time for every shift and possesses the ability to meet daily expectationsAble to multitask, work independently and has time management skillsCapable of working in a fast paced, ever changing environmentRequired Education, Certifications And ExperienceHigh School Diploma or EquivalencyWorking knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and Internet ExplorerCPR/AED & First Aid certifications (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)Must attend the Company’s “I am Brand” Workshop within 90 days of hireMust attend the Company’s “SLII” Workshop within 90 days of hireView HR Training Video upon completion of new hire paperwork
