Registered Nurse - Night Shift
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Description: Join a comprehensive healthcare facility renowned for its commitment to exceptional patient care and community service. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care, ensuring the health and well-being of patients during your shift.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee.
Experience in a similar acute care setting preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
