Schedule & Coverage Details:

• Hospital Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM (24-hour in-house)
• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Clinic coverage + day shift on L&D: Monday-Friday
• Weekday call: 1:10
• Weekend call: 1:10
• Weekend call coverage: Friday through Monday morning

• 3 clinic days/week
• 1 L&D hospital coverage day/week

Minimum availability: 2 weeks per month preferred - Required to note at name clear
Facility will consider providers available 1 week/month
Candidates interested in hospital-only/in-house coverage accepted
Clinical Responsibilities:

• OB clinic coverage
• Labor & Delivery coverage
• 24-hour in-house OB call
• General OB/GYN care
• No supervision responsibilities

Average clinic patients per day: 20
Average deliveries per physician per week: 8
Average OB/GYN surgeries per week: 8
Group composition: 5 OB/GYNs, 2 APPs
Case mix:
Low-risk pregnancy: 70%
High-risk pregnancy: 10%
C-sections: 30%

Onsite Resources:

Lab and ultrasound onsite (performed by techs)
Other OB/GYN physicians present during coverage
Required Procedures - Obstetrics:

Management of low-risk pregnancies
FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
Preferred Procedures - Obstetrics:

Management of high-risk pregnancies
OB ultrasound interpretation
Level I/screening
Level II/targeted anatomy

Required Procedures - Labor & Delivery:

Routine vaginal deliveries
Low forceps deliveries
C-section decision-making
Complicated deliveries
C-sections
Breech deliveries
Multiple births
Abruptions
VBACs
Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
Preferred Procedures - Gynecology:

IUD placement
Cystoscopy
Colposcopy
Cryosurgery
LEEP procedures
Candidate Requirements:

Board Certified OB/GYN - Required
Must be able to perform required OB, Labor & Delivery, and Gynecology procedures - Required at name clear
Comfortable with clinic coverage and in-house OB call
Licenses & Certifications:

~ Active Colorado License or Active IMLC LOQ - Required
