Contract – Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend | 72 Hours Biweekly Guaranteed | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Provide total patient care for cardiac stepdown patients in a 31-bed unit
Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4 to 1:6 throughout the shift
Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management
Adhere to unit protocols during night shift hours, including every other weekend coverage
Float to other units as required based on facility needs
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification with all ALC modules completed
Minimum 1 year of experience in a stepdown, IMC, or PCU setting
Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience in a cardiac or stepdown environment
Familiarity with Cerner EMR
