Salad and Cold Prep Kitchen Position
Typical shift: 6 am - 2 pm

Shift: 6 am to 2 pm

Job Duties

Prepare all salad and cold prep items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. Prep items include: salad variations (Cobb, Market, Spicy Southwest, Side), kale crunch, wraps, fruit cup, parfaits.

Follow recipes and presentation specifications.

Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Clean and maintain station, practicing good safety and sanitation.

Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.

Restock items as needed throughout the shift.

Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
