Design, create and lead a brand new Distribution Center roll out.
Our client is a Global Retail Organization who is rapidly expanding into the US marketplace!
Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations to meet business needs.
Manage inbound shipments from external suppliers and execute same day outbound shipments to a growing number of retail locations.
Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
Implement and enforce safety and compliance standards within the logistics department.
Oversee the performance and development of logistics staff.
Analyze data and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making.

A successful Operations Manager should have:
Experience with logistics operations (inbound and outbound) within the retail industry.
Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
Proficiency in analyzing data to drive decision-making.
