RN Hospice Home Care

Live Well Homecare

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) on the Oncology Nursing Unit, providing specialized care to adult Med-Surg Oncology and Hematology patients across diagnosis, treatment, recovery, palliative care, and hospice transition.

Responsibilities include:

Administering anti-neoplastic and immunotherapy agents

Managing oncology-related emergencies

Providing compassionate support to patients and families during challenging moments

Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, safe, patient-centered care

Upholding evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and innovative therapies

Qualifications & Skills:

Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact)

BLS certification (or equivalent)

Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)

Less than 1 year of clinical experience required; direct patient care experience preferred

Knowledge of nursing standards, ethics, and Georgia Practice Act
