CPA/Senior Tax Preparer

Senior Tax Associate
We are a growing, tech-forward CPA firm serving businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals nationwide. We focus on high-quality tax work, proactive planning, and long-term client relationships, not volume or churn.

We are looking for a Tax Senior who wants to do solid technical work, take ownership of returns, and play a key role in building a scalable firm.

You will work closely with a Tax Manager and Partner, have clear expectations, and be trusted with meaningful responsibility.

Prepare and review complex tax returns, including:
Individual returns with K-1s, real estate, and investments
S corporations and partnerships
Serve as a technical buffer between staff and the Tax Manager
Research tax issues and summarize conclusions clearly
Communicate directly with clients on routine tax matters
Help improve workflows, templates, and documentation
Mentor junior and staff-level accountants as the team grows

4–7 years of public accounting tax experience
~ CPA license preferred, or actively pursuing

UltraTax for tax preparation
SurePrep for OCR and document processing
QuickBooks Online and Desktop
Cloud-based virtual desktop environment
