Head of Project Development Management

Now is an exciting time to join our team as we continue to change the industry through technology development, full‑custom ASIC and electronics development across the Semiconductor, Medical and Defense industries, including some of the most challenging fabrication processes and product applications. Position: Project Manager of IC Development

Richardson, TX (Hybrid work mode)

Serve as a key staff member of the Program Management Office (PMO) and provide leadership and project management expertise to development of teams.

Lead development teams in all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, resource planning, budget, supplier contracts and project metrics. Lead in the development of product concept planning to product implementation and execution planning.

Develop detailed schedules identifying critical paths and schedule risk mitigations.

Manage cross‑functional teams and serve as the primary interface with IC Enable management and our customer. Represent IC Enable at an executive level in negotiations with suppliers, IP vendors and foundries.

Set goals for customer satisfaction and quality of deliverables for all projects.

Support quality management continuous improvement activities at the business and team level.

Continuously grow yourself and your organization’s performance through proactive thinking on personal, design and technology training.

Be hands‑on and flexible across multiple functional roles from proposal to production supply chain management.

Manage your organization’s financial and project objectives as well as proactively seeking out new business opportunities.

BS/MS/PhD in Applicable Field with 3+ years of experience in IC product design, or equivalent.

Understanding of digital and analog/mixed signal design (digital front end and RF experience is desired).

Proven record of technical project leadership success developing integrated circuits and hitting scheduled milestones.

Must have thorough understanding of best practices for silicon development tools and processes.

Experience with a variety of process manufacturing technologies and design applications preferred.
